August - September 2009 Updates

Parking
The issue of parking has improved dramatically since the Spring when the new guidelines were approved and mailed out to all the owners. Please remember to be aware of the regulations.

Direct Deposit
Many owners have taken advantage of the Direct Deposit option for paying dues. The form for Direct Deposit is now on the website. You can download, complete the form and follow the instructions at any time to begin using this method of payment.

Common Area
The improvements to the Common Area have been delayed due to dramatic increases in the original bids that were received. The Board reviewed the situation at the September 8th Board Meeting and have directed the management company to get an additional bid for their review at the October Board Meeting.

Website
Over the summer, the Board of Directors directed VIP to reconstruct the Association's website. Competitive bids were received, a vendor approved and the work has now been completed. Part of the site is secure and will require a username and password. That information is on the other paper enclosed with this newsletter. Please check out the site in the coming months, www.bouldermountainhoa.org.

Pets
Since the installation of the Mutt Mitts, we have seen a great improvement with Pet Owner's cleaning up after their pets. The Board would like to say thank you to all.

Updates and Mailings
In the future Bulletins and Updates will be placed on the website and posted on the Bulletin Board. If you would like to have a printed copy mailed to you please let Rudy at VIP by e-mail or dropping him a note.

New Board Members
If you have an interest in being on the Board for 2010, please let us know and if possible attend the October 20th Board meeting.
